Step 199: Have basic first-aid supplies in your apartment

I am pretty certain that, with $30 and 15 minutes at Rite-Aid, you could go from having nothing to being decently set up for minor emergencies.
Here’s what I see as being on the list of things that it’s good to have in one’s medicine cabinet; feel free to add any I’ve forgotten in comments:
• A couple sizes of Band-Aids
• An Ace bandage (for sprains)
• Neosporin (be sure to put on before your bandaid for safer, less-infection healing!)
• Hydrogen peroxide (for cleaning out wounds)
• Rubbing alcohol (for sterilizing)
• Calamine lotion (for bug bites)
• Aspirin (for headaches)
• Ibuprofein (for muscle aches)
• Pepto Bismol (for stomach aches)
• Benadryl (for allergies)
