How to become a grown-up in 468 easy(ish) steps.

Non-thematic entry

This is my mother’s cat, Queenie. Queenie has some neurological disabilities, and as such, her tongue always sticks out. Also, her tail works in sporadic, unpredictable ways, and her growth is stunted, so she’s kind of large kitten size.

Queenie is far and away the most popular, best-loved member of the family, and it felt selfish to keep her to myself.
